Does Autodesk pay 10% and RSU every year without problems?

If every employee had an AI assistant that doubled their productivity, would companies hire fewer people or expect twice as much work?
I just received a job offer that is a massive step up in title and salary, but the online reviews for the team’s culture are absolutely terrifying. Half the Glassdoor reviews mention high turnover and a toxic leadership style, while the interviewers themselves seemed incredibly stressed out during our calls. The extra $30k a year would change my financial life. Would you take a risk on a known toxic environment?
How do you handle ghosting in job interviews? There is a company that took 3-4 weeks to complete mid level software developer interviews.I gave final interview last week and haven’t heard anything even after a follow up.Is it normal to get ghosted even after coming this long and investing your energy in the process ? I mean, I am fine if they say no or reject me but just don’t take too long that I start losing interest in the role.Has anyone experienced situations like this before? What did u do
We just got our yearly bonus and our stock prices are at the highest they’ve ever been. We just got off an all hands call talking about how it’s been our best year yet! Then bonuses were slashed to pay for AI innovation. I’m so mad. Pay the people who make this happen - not copilot licenses.
It feels almost impossible to get into tech nowadays. No companies want to hire new grads since they all have AI that can basically operate at the same level. Its super super discouraging as someone who just graduated with only 1 internship experience, I feel like I wasted my time getting this degree. Does anyone have any advice?
The bonus is funded to a certain percentage every year by the company and in some years it will be less than 100% which would mean you would not get the full 10%. It’s worth noting as well that all bonuses are performance based. so expect to get close to the full bonus amount plus RSUs and low performers potentially get low amounts or nothing. So with that context I’m not sure I could say it’s guaranteed as such.
