Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award Winners Revealed: Highest Rated CEOs (2016)

We’re proud to announce the winners of the annual Glassdoor 2016 Employees’ Choice Awards, honouring the Highest Rated CEOs. This year, Glassdoor has expanded its Highest Rated CEOs awards programme to include seven categories, honouring CEOs across parts of Europe and North America. Ready to see which top bosses UK employees love working for the most? Glassdoor has also revealed the Highest Rated CEOs in several other countries, including:

• 25 Highest Rated CEOs – Canada
• 50 Highest Rated CEOs – U.S.
• 10 Highest Rated CEOs – France
• 10 Highest Rated CEOs – Germany
• 10 Highest Rated CEOs – The Netherlands

The 2016 Employees’ Choice Award winners were determined based on employee feedback shared on Glassdoor when an employee voluntarily and anonymously submits a company review. Employees can submit a company review on Glassdoor year-round. When completing a company review, employees are asked to rate several factors tied to their employment experience, including sentiment around their CEO’s leadership, in addition to rating their overall satisfaction with their employer, and workplace attributes like senior management among others. Specifically, when rating their CEO on Glassdoor, employees are able to choose from one of three options: approve, disapprove or no opinion of the CEO.
