Glassdoor’s top priority is the health and safety of our employees. As the COVID-19 coronavirus evolves into a global health concern, we have made the decision to ask all employees to work from home until further notice. Our goal is to minimise the risk to employees and help lower the probability of the spread of the virus to our employees, their families and the communities where we operate.
While we do not have any confirmed or suspected cases of employees with the virus, we continue to act out of an abundance of caution. As a leading technology company, we are well equipped to continue to serve job seekers and employers while working in a remote work environment. We are constantly evaluating this evolving situation and adjusting tactics based on new information to keep our employees safe.
While we recognise these measures may be inconvenient, we feel it is the right action to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees while still enabling us to continue to fulfill our mission.
