Workers today are set to retire later than ever before. (In fact, recent research shows the number of UK residents aged 70 and older still working has more than doubled in a decade.) We’re not here to lecture you about how important it is to save for the future, but we do want to tell you about forward-looking companies that are generous with financial benefits for their staff, from stock options to pension contributions. Accenture Overall Rating: 3.8 Financial Benefits: Glassdoor users report stock options, performance bonuses, childcare vouchers, share incentive plans, and employee discounts as just a few of the financial perks of working at Accenture. Plus, one Glassdoor user describes the pension plan as “excellent and very generous,” while another adds it gets “even better the longer you are there.” What Employees Say: “Fantastic culture, amazing flexibility, good rewards, varied work/projects, lots of extra-curricular activities/groups.” — Current Analyst
