Pros

Good discount, meeting sports professional sports players. Getting paid to have your birthday off. Working for one of the biggest sports brands.

Cons

Impossible to get a job in head office. Recruitment in head office is really poor. The pay is very demotivating. Expected to more than your paid for

Pros

Good employee discount, free uniform. if you work in the city stores you get to deal with elite athletes which is pretty cool sometimes.

Cons

toxic management, , almost zero room for progression, they'll always look to hire externally rather than promote internally
