We appreciate you sharing your experience as it guides our growth. When we made the shift to a virtual-first work model, we put a lot of thought and intentionality into trying to make it as equitable as possible and still find ways to bring a sense of connection despite being distributed across the globe. This has definitely been a learning process, we've had to pivot and adjust as we've found opportunities to improve processes and have worked with our amazing Culture Team to find ways to bring people together, both virtually and in-person. We recognize that it's been an adjustment for many employees, and welcome feedback to be shared with EE Business Partners on how we can improve our employee experience. We're very sorry to hear you felt less connected as a distributed employee - the last thing we want is for employees who aren't close to a hub to feel disconnected or even feel like their opportunities to grow at WP Engine are stifled. In regards to our DEI efforts, we're proud of the work we've done to make WP Engine more diverse, inclusive, and equitable.
