I started in an entry level position with zero sales experience and was given significant and ongoing training and coaching to progress in my career with WP Engine to now working with our largest customers. Unlimited resources to be able to self sufficiently find answers and solve problems. Management and the organisation as a whole takes on feedback and makes actionable changes.
