Pros
* Most colleagues were great to work with * Salary structure is pretty good, most roles are generally paid well
Cons
* Toxic culture. Management look out only for themselves and often take credit for the work of others. * Forget trying to get a training budget, it'll get promised time and time again but it will never materialise * Career progression is near impossible. Too many people get pigeonholed into a role with no chance of movement despite being a high performer and seeking out new challenges. They would sooner invent a role and hire another friend than help you progress your career. * Staff moral is generally pretty average due to above reasons and many more * Staff that are fed up with being under appreciated, over worked and leave to pursue career opportunities elsewhere are often ridiculed, insulted and bad mouthed during their notice period and almost endlessly once they leave. What a disgusting way to treat staff that you've already thoroughly abused.
