It's a stable work environment with good benefits and great salary

Cons

Very bureaucratic, so much paperwork, forms and procedures to do the most basic work. Almost no work office culture, no young people at all. People barely do their job, let alone work with others, or aim to improve things. I was treated well but it was just so mind numbing that I had to leave

Lots of work to be done, if you're willing to put the work in you can build an impressive skillset and list of achievements in a relatively short time.

Cons

No performance management frameworks, inconsistent management and lack of overall guidance. You either have a micomanager or you are entirely on your own.
