Pros

Genuinely a good place to work, and even with the cons, I have no convincing reason at this point to look elsewhere. Flexible work, general support of work life balance from managers. Fair pay, and enjoy the colleagues I work with. Most people are genuinely member focused in the work they do. Development funding available each year to continue to grow. Lots of opportunities in the business across different teams and business units.

Cons

Some small pockets of toxic environments exist, but as long as no as you stay clear of them, you’ll largely be unaffected. Often tries to complete work or projects with minimal resourcing or budget, due to the member funded nature of the fund. This can put strain on the resources that are working. Lots of change initiatives continually going - can get “change fatigued” as a result.
