Pros

travel, some really great people within think big analytics (the two stars), but they are mostly gone now.

Cons

upper management is a mess. constant reorganisations, treat employees like widgets, arcane internal processes, culture of sticking it to the clients, sales and marketing led instead of product and technology, all the leaders are dinosaurs lacking in vision

Exciting times as I'm seeing change

I'm seeing a changing of the guard. We have some managers now who are genuinely interested in helping us achieve our goals rather than feathering their own nest. I feel my own manager will walk barefoot over broken glass to see me succeed which inspires me to come to work everyday and do my best. Things are on the up after a few years of uncertainty.

Cons

Sometimes we do get overworked, but that seems to be the same in many other companies at the moment.
