Pay was good and line manager great (they left).
Cons
Canât imagine worse leadership. The CEO has no idea how to lead and is a push over to the CCO, and donât question their relationship. Watched leaders push back, try do what is best for the company and get fired for it. Incredibly toxic place.

Excellent product that customers rave about Culture is the best I've ever been a part of No one laid off when Covid hit and lockdowns started Sales/Marketing leadership allow for experimentation Competitive pay
Cons
6 year old company. Still has some startup growing pains Formalizing processes so it takes some flexibility in dealing with that
