      Pros

      Projects that come through have a lot of variety. Mostly monotonous work, but the team is rather effecient. Very stable job everyone's been here 5-10 years but not much advancement opportunities.

      Everything you do has a lot of red tape. Alot of managers making contrasting decisions which can get confusing sometimes.
