Pros
The management fosters an abusive and toxic work environment, where employees are treated with little respect. The salary is far below what you’d expect for the level of work required, and there are no clear opportunities for growth or career development.
Cons
Additionally, there are unsettling rumors about inappropriate behavior by senior staff toward young women, which only adds to the terrible atmosphere. The company seems to be heading in a downward spiral.
