      Pros

      Autonomy and flexible working. Some incredible people who are truly world leading in their field. Really interesting work that has a real world impact and is cutting edge -no two days are ever the same. Opportunity to move around the company and develop. All the right ingredients to be a top tier company to work for.

      Cons

      Can be frustrating to get anything done - bureaucratic process and management. Many areas and people stuck in the past and lacking in investment.
