      Free snacks if you considerate that a pro.

      Cons

      All other things - pay, regular raises, definite sweat shop. unskilled management. Always need to keep look ing for a better job as this place is unstable. Absolute worst company I ever worked for.

      No increment. every year you need to followup them for salary increase still you get nothing.
