MD & CTO micromanagement ongoing - for years they are doing this and we lost many staff but they wont change. Constantly requested to prove themselves or what others are doing... no investment in teams, we often work extra long hours bad communication Upper management speaks to staff badly, with disrespect always blaming...when something goes wrong you are threatened we had good people that left the company...too many are leaving for same reasons - bad upper management Fake attempts to say thank you, only to be shown that you are not trusted shortly after Report your working hours - no trust, even though staff are overworked Everything is a priority, making it impossible at times to move forward

Too much expectations with no real guidance from the high management; No realistic deadlines; Understaffing; Constant overtime

There hasn't been a single right decision made by the management. Absolutely unprofessional — no policies in place for anything, even after the company joined the Aristocrat Interactive group.

Middle/Senior Management is constantly shrugging off work to other employees, yet takes full credit for any achievements. Toxic Environment. No appreciation towards hard-working individuals. C-level has ZERO communication with their respective departments. It's pretty much a stressful place to work in. Everyone wants to be the ' Manager ' but a lot of people in senior management and C-level have Zero qualities to lead., hence the massive turnover of employees.
