By far the worst workplace I’ve experienced. Most of the staff were friendly enough, but the leadership team was extremely poor. There was little to no communication, no clear direction, and no opportunity for open conversations — they simply expected everyone to know what they wanted without explaining anything. The atmosphere makes you doubt your abilities and leaves you feeling undervalued. Instead of support or constructive feedback, there was constant pressure and unrealistic demands. I would not recommend working here
