Pros

Pay is okay, remote work opportunities.

Cons

Toxic and Biased Management, Toxic work culture too much politics. Communication between management and technical teams could be improved. Career progression and decision-making processes were sometimes unclear. They do not really value people.

Pros

I've had the opportunity to sit down with our CEO several times and hear firsthand about his vision and values. They resonate with me. It's clear that he wants what's best for the team while also ensuring the company remains competitive in the market. The company's culture as a whole is very conducive for all type of workers: remote, on-site, newbies, experienced, etc.

Cons

The HMO Partner is not my most favorite. In my one-off experience, it took me a couple of hours before I could get an approval for the basic lab test I took.
