Cons

Uncertainty about the future of adult explicit content. Just a few days ago they said they would ban it, then backtracked. Sex workers need stability with employment and a platform they can trust.

No communication with anyone whatsoever, nobody ever talks to anyone, the work is hard and mentally challenging, people come and go all the time (there would be days when you could see dozens of people removed from work group chats and replaced by other people with no explanation), any basic questions in the beginning are treated as nuisance
