      An uncaring company only driven by cost

      Pros

      Minimal. For the first year after the acquisition things continued as they were prior to it. They at least let staff go in a structured way using Redundancies

      Cons

      About a year after the acquisition they decided to start closing parts of the business and in the end let go the majority of Australian staff, some who had been there for 10+ years.

      Dreamscape management is better than Newfold

      The compensation package is attractive, the working environment is pleasant, and the people around you, including team members and local managers, are approachable.

      Cons

      When the transition from Dreamscape Networks to Newfold occurred, everything changed, including KPIs, QA, and commissions. Previously, we focused on resolving issues, but the shift to aggressive selling tactics, even within technical support, negatively impacted our survey ratings. The emphasis on commissions led many to prioritize sales over effective resolutions, straying from our core focus on problem-solving.
