      Pros

      Great work culture and new ideas are welcomed. Another area is the drive to use AI to solve real world internal as well customer problems is too good. Everyone is super helpful and tries to understand the situation and suggest measures accordingly.

      Cons

      There are no major cons so far. One thing I can point out is the cross department collaboration can be time consuming due to different priorities and dependencies.
