Pros

The only pro is some of the nice people who work there.

Cons

I had never been bullied by a Leader in the past who bullied her own team members publicly in front of other staff and neglected clients leading to below par products. Despite the obvious and evident abhorrent behaviour of one of the company Leaders who'd been at the company for 10+ years and is friends with the CEO, they retained their role and were praised for things they never did. I could write an essay on how awful the so called leadership and treatment of the company is towards their staff, lying to staff about incentives, paying the minimum wage yet expecting you to work long hours daily, exploiting their own 'Leadership' role for their own gain and judging people by their looks and whether they get promoted or not, and good luck to any female there, especially if your 'Leader' is also a female. Language and manipulation used towards staff, especially in NetEngine was mentally and emotionally damaging. And the CEO, is only the CEO because of nepotism. No formal education qualification, no prior experience anywhere else except her mother's company ... Only the fact that she's the daughter of one of the founders of the company.

Pros

NetEngine was a friendly, diverse team and some of the most lovely people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

Cons

Mostly relating to the parent company that’s absorbed NetEngine into their very salesy culture… - Awful pay, no regard for industry standards. I doubled my salary when I left. - Management’s care for employees is very superficial, some very questionable and borderline shady decisions. - A strong sense of nepotism in the ranks. - Too much pressure to oversell, creating a stressful environment when it comes to delivery. - Opportunities for growth are very limited, the environment and pay means proper senior/experienced developers are lacking. - Company has moved away from its forward-thinking startup-like tech culture to a dated, sales-oriented culture. - Work/clients have a tendency to dry up and NetEngine seems to be constantly on the edge of cliff.
