Pros

Decent Team, Manager was a legend and fought hard for us but knew upper management didn't care about us one bit.

Cons

Bad pay. 63K for L2 was a joke. Senior Management refused to ever give payrises. Frankly it killed any incentive to work hard. Working hard was met with more work and never any recognition or reward.

Pros

- Great workplace culture; - Friendly and relaxed environment; - Growing opportunities and career development; - Adequate salary and perks; - Australian privately owned.

Cons

Big companies like Interactive always face new challenges in order to be competitive and innovative. Changes are essential and need to be understood by staff and not seen as negative. Before complaining, people should consider the positive aspects of their current employment conditions and evaluate the contribution and input they provide to the company to help it improve. I rejoined Interactive in a different state after 7 years, and I was welcomed with open arms. I couldn't be happier.
