Pros
Seeking a career with Huawei? Here are some prerequisites: 1. If you are a consummate liar then the Huawei work environment will be ideal for you. 2. If you lack morals and adhere to questionable business practices you will feel at home whilst working for Huawei. 3. If you are a Chinese National with an overly inflated view of your own self worth, then Huawei has a lot to offer. 4. If you are a furtive, secretive, sneaky or opaque individual (sorry - there should be more but I ran out of superlatives) look no further than Huawei. "Caveat". Please note that Huawei's minimal entry requirements are not stated in the interview process and can only be ascertained after the first 6 months of employment. If you think you can't meet the expectations in any of the above categories I suggest you look elsewhere for job satisfaction.
Cons
There's no value in me pointing out the "Cons" If you got past the "Pros" and think you're still a good fit for Huawei. The only thing left for me to say is; "YOU SHOULD ASHAMED OF YOURSELF". .
