      Pros

      Coworkers are great, some very smart people work here.

      Cons

      The ratio of managers to workers is very high. People are afraid to make a decisions, no support from management when things go bad. The blame game is strong. Stagnating salaries. Turn over of staff of new starters is high. Moral is at an all time low.
