Pros

The flexibility and comfort of working from home. Lots of ATO

Cons

Lack of communication and way too many bosses. Eerily reminiscent of Office Space where you wanted to avoid 7 different people asking you for the same thing. Misplaced priorities, which stems from the lack of communication. Current management lacks the ability to inspire and instill confidence amongst the employees. Promotion was often made on who is your buddy versus who is competent. The offboarding process for those recently laid off was horribly managed. I will credit for a generous severance. However, there was severe disrespect shown in having multiple employees on the same call when being told their job was impacted. A call with management, HR and the individual is ideal not having multiple employees together. The severance package included a pamphlet on how a manager should act when their employee is laid off. This should not have been included as it shows a lack of compassion to the impacted employees, but more importantly a lack of detail in whoever put the package together. Lastly, the last email received from the employer had my name incorrect and changed my name to a name of the opposite sex. Again a lack of detail, when this should be a time to show compassion to your former employees.

Pros

-The Benefits are okay -Work from home is nice (they seem hellbent on taking that away though)

Cons

-A culture of surveillance. If you’re idle for longer than 15 minutes (because you have to use the restroom, or are tired from your 12 hour shift) you will receive an email or IM threatening to send you back to the office as punishment. -Mandatory overtime is the norm. I’ve worked over 50 hours a week for the last 4 weeks straight. -The pay is abysmal. I can make the same amount I make now working at a fast food place. -There’s an open hostility between management and normal workers. I have an absolutely terrible relationship with my supervisors who constantly berate me and never praise me despite hitting over my quality and productivity numbers. -I’ve worked for the company for 2 years and only received a 30 cent raise. There are supposedly bonuses but I’ve never seen one. The performance reviews are structured to ensure that no one receives a real raise. I was straight up told by my supervisor that no one in the company will ever score over a 3 out of 5 in any category for yearly reviews. -Communication is an absolute joke. -The company loves to tell everyone how much profit they’ve turned in monthly meetings while we make nothing from those profits. Employees are stripped of the benefits of their labor. -The work environment is one of the most toxic I’ve ever been in. -No opportunity for advancement whatsoever.

Pros

Office Location - In the City Center

Cons

- The company is filled with entire Russian people, The entire top management is Russian, - For the name sake they have hired few on job students form other nationalities and a local HR to cover their quota. - The QA team senior members barley speaks English, and very bad in communication. - Full of DISCRIMINATION is they hire you on Senior/Lead role. - NEPOTISM is at best as team members are hiring their spouses in the very same team. - The senior team members focus more on letting new joiners down than helping them, you will only get pepper help if you speak Russian.- There is no KT provided. Yet they expect you to start work from the 1st week and perform as per the team member who is working in the team from past 10 years. - No feedback culture and you will be judged in your 1st month's settling period. - Please do not join this company if you want to join other than entry level, they are not welcoming.
