Pros

- Working for a market leader, that provides offerings to enable individuals to up-skills and/or change careers, in the in-demand digital industry. Also, provides offering to enable companies to up-skill and/or re-skill their employees. - Got to work with a supportive and talented team in Australia and more broadly in Apac.

Cons

- With the head office in USA and the company starting up NYC, there was some challenges working for the Australian/Apac area of the business. The focus was very US centric and sometimes it felt like the local market was not fully considered in terms of changes to the offerings, marketing and the strategic direction.
