      Great team culture but management and pay lag behind

      - Amazing team culture that is rare. Colleagues are all skilled, smart, understanding and hard working. - Work environment is flexible but people still get things done. - It is a great place to build connections and meet a like-minded community

      - Decisions are often made by global management without communicating clearly to the team. - Pay does not match the workload.
