Pros

Most managers are nice and understanding. Would be a good job for someone straight out of high school or prison...

Cons

KPI's first Profits second Safety third Get pulled aside for not scanning a product for more than 5 mins. Safety manager yells at everyone for safety incident but then shift managers tell you to ignore the rules. Report major safety faults with heavy machinery, get told 'that machine does that, just keep using it'. Labour hire employees are treated like second class citizens at times because they're 'not permanent'. Also a large number of operators are not licences, yet are operating machines?

Pros

They have a fast hiring process.

Cons

Little to no training for the role. Managers were also poorly trained, so struggled to train their staff
