Pros
Literally cannot think of one. Or actually, perhaps the occasional cookie jar being filled up every second week or so and lasts a day.
Cons
A company who does not care much about their employees. ZERO, and I mean ZERO flexibility or consideration to people’s lives and private challenges. Five days in office with no exceptions, they even promote unpaid leave or working sick in the office with a face mask on. Have to commute over two hours one way to get there? No care. Culture is non existent. There are no social benefits to the environment you spending your days in. Would you enjoy a Christmas party perhaps? A few Friday social drinks with your colleagues? Well, then keep looking because Fiserv won’t dish out either. Team bonding events such as a lunch or a few drinks are paid out of your own pocket. Fiserv is a company who has lost track of all the real priorities - results, a thriving community, happy colleagues and a healthy environment to drive success for the business. The senior management is discouraging at best and the absolute top layer of this company sets the standard of an unpleasant experience world wide. The list goes on and on, save yourself and run the other way.
