Clique members get away with 2 or 3 coffee breaks and hour long lunch breaks daily. The sales manager belittled me almost daily for 18 months due to my age being over 50. One section head continually mocked me for being from another country. It was so bad that I sometimes ate my lunch in the parking lot. The site manager found this humourous. He also deliberately gave me garbage details. I had 30 years experience in languages and instrumentation...none of which were put to use. My last pay raise was a mere 1.3%. The Australian Managing Director has a deserved poor reputation for his indignation. One day one of his goon managers flew up from Melbourne waited for me to clean my area and leave for the day. The following morning this manager deposited a large mess in my area which I began to clean. An hour later the managing director walked in and issued me a written warning...for the mess created by his goon manager. During my last holiday;no one bothered to clean away samples in the time during my absence. I was issued with a corrective action request upon my return. My whole point is that unless you are a member of a clique, then be prepared for some very unfair treatment. After suffering an injury and spending time in 2 different emergency rooms; Eurofins rejected my sick leave..until I threatened to approach Fairwork, Australia. If you work in this place then keep your resume updated.

Worst workplace I have ever worked in. Avoid this place like the plague. The atmosphere and work style is cancer.
