Pros
Easy life. It's government, place is dead at 4.30pm.... literally. Only a few key people are good, full of "government" people.
Cons
No career progression. Top work gets you nothing, bad work, nothing either. No incentive to try hard. Leadership is a joke and place lacks knowledge of workers comp.
