      Joining the company has been a refreshing experience! The flexibility is excellent, supporting a healthy work-life balance, and the culture is genuinely positive and collaborative. Colleagues are supportive, employees are trusted to do their jobs well, and there is a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement. People are encouraged to contribute ideas and make a meaningful impact.

      Cons

      As the organisation continues to grow, there are opportunities to further develop processes and governance frameworks to support consistency and scale. This has been recognised by senior leadership and is already receiving attention.

      1 Generous and brilliant founder 2 Emphasis on tech and innovation for growth 3 Industry behemoth 4 Customer Operations abreast with ambiguous legal regulations

      Cons

      1 Inefficient internal support teams overstaffed with underqualified yet overpaid yet underperforming personnel 2 "People and Culture" a gross misnomer for the HR team. If not egregiously promulgating disregard for internal policies whenever personally convenient, incumbents of power, regardless of scope, habitually arbitrarily administer policies for personal gain 3 Persistent labor malpractices in some location
