      - supportive and friendly team - job opportunities emailed to you & available on job boards - decent hourly rate - both online and in-person opportunities are available - easy to fit around family as you can choose what assignments you take on

      - it can be tricky to get lots of hours sometimes, though this may just be because my availability is limited

      The pay is fair and you can choose students to work with based on your skills and availability. You also get information on the student before your first meeting.

      Cons

      There are not always students available, but that is what happens when doing this type of tutoring.
