I would not recommend this company to anyone. Training was none existent and ended up asking co-workers for questions for scenarios that arose. Sometimes, they would have an attitude or you would only see certain co workers two days while you work all 5. Good luck being a CSR for hundreds of accounts, while invoicing these accounts daily, keeping up with 3rd party, and all this while answering your emails and calls. Accounting will make YOU invoice from back in 2022 & 2023 which you had nothing to do with. Just cleaning up someone’s previous work. Instead of accounting taking care of the invoice. With headquarters being in Hartland, MI. If upper management from France comes in. Don’t worry, they won’t acknowledge you nor get introduced to anyone. They are out of touch with what goes on. None of the labs communicate properly nor have the same calibration capabilities. When reporting to HR, they don’t exist. Not even a phone number or a in house office to see them.
