Pros

I have had a very positive experience working with this company. The work culture is excellent, fostering collaboration, respect, and teamwork across all levels of the organization. The leadership team is highly supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in employee success. The company provides ample opportunities for professional growth and career development. Employees are encouraged to learn new skills, take on challenging responsibilities, and advance in their careers. Overall, it is a great place to work for anyone seeking a supportive environment, strong leadership, and long-term growth opportunities.

Cons

No major cons to mention. Having worked here for three years, I have not experienced any significant issues so far.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
