TAFE are incredulously disorganised and happy to burn out their staff while they try and figure out their strategy. Despite being well aware of outdated systems and old policies, they refuse to budge and acknowledge the dawn if the new century.... even though that took place 23 years ago. Bullying is rife and the politics are out of this world. trying to get an outcome for an external client is near impossible as internally people shift the blame. During covid and the lock down mandates, I personally watched my manager bully his team into attending the office despite two having vulnerable family members at home. no flexibility at all -if you have kids forget it (funny as it's a government organsiation).
