      Pros

      Work is very efficient in the organization. They really work towards digitization of processes. The most amazing thing about how your performance get rewarded is not just from company profit and your performance, but also from how you carry yourself in the company. It is pretty much a company who believes "no a-hole" rule. You can be assured if anyone was to be disrespectful to you no matter how junior you are, someone will listen to your complaint and do something about it.

      Cons

      Sometimes feel way too formal in the spirit of being respectful to each other, But I really can't say I want otherwise to happen.

      Over-engineering in making decisions. Lots of hoops to jump through to get things done.

      Pros

      1. 12% 401k match 2. Amazing co workers in the trenches but this is rapidly changing as people look for the exits.

      Cons

      1. Management - the new management team has a maximum personal bonus / profit only mindset. Cost cutting reigns. 2. Constant layoffs. No job is safe. 3. Company has offshored many jobs to India and is in a race to move key underwritering, engineering, claims functions to India as well. Overall, it feels more like a private equity gut job than a publicly traded company.
