Worst company to work for - Mystery Shopper Service Integrity Employee Review

Not many, they manipulate the prices on a daily prices and if no one accepts they increase it.

I complained that the current job is listed higher and then they blamed me for accepting the same job at the lower price 2 days earlier. They flatly refuse to match the price when its the exact same services provided. Each week they send out job listings and the following week the exact same jobs are double the price!! This is manipulation. Then they made a threat against me, accusing me of accepting the job on Friday for the lower price and if I cancel and re-apply I won't get it. The ACCC needs to do a full investigation at this company.

NONE at all to mention here.

Absolutely the worst company to shop for! They bend and twist the rules to suit themselves, then find arguments to not pay you, leaving you (HEAVILY) out of pocket. Even after I followed the instructions to a T, for an impossible task. I have been a loyal shopper with them for years, they harass you to complete assignments for them, don't pay very well, have rude help desk staff, who refuse to sign their name to their rude emails. Avoid this mystery shopping company at all costs. Then they don't pay out their assignments on time. I now have to involve Fair Trading. There are many other companies out there that have better assignments and better pay.
