People are generally very open to help and very open to teaching other colleagues. Provide 6 free mental health sessions for employees. Work hours are quite flexible and more result oriented.
Cons
Health and maternity leave is just as mandated by the law. Benefits like optical, gym is quite small and are shared expenses.
