Pros
hybrid but it is based on performance. so no its not really a pros.
Cons
irrational target, basis of target cannot be justified. leadership team does not listen to the voice of their employee. PIP suddenly change and implemented abruptly to have a “justifiable cause” of removing people. new upper management are group of people who is friends, colleague or had worked with in the past with the current country manager, so it says a lot.
