They want to pay you as cheaply as possible but with as much workload as possible (underpaid). The same problem keeps happening over and over and there is no concrete solution. Have reached the target but the bonus rarely comes out. The relationship between superiors and subordinates often does not go well. No career path. Lack of training to handle the job. Give you task that is not in the contract. No work life balance. You will be asked to work beyond your expertise. Subjective superior/boss. You will not be supported by your boss to grow. Incompetent organization. Only concerned with the prestige but not with the welfare of employees.
