Pros
- You will be exposed to many tasks above your level and job responsibilities.. which is good for your experience in the long run but a nightmare in short term - nothing else I can think of
Cons
- After MEX project anyone with competency left the company due to how senior leadership don't listen and delegate anything resembling actual work, down onto subordinates - as result, there is a skills and leadership gap as wide as a chasm. no-one wants to make decisions - Accenture contractor I worked with was in tears on the floor due to hardest tasks being pushed onto him and then abandoned by rest of his team. he lasted 3 months in role - employees in membership division are constantly leaving with no explanation (management treatment) - GS&A leadership has NAB mentality of: work goes to subordinates, leaders are beyond responsibility - HR team is only 4-5 people for whole business and encourages leaders into toxic behavior's to "squash" issues early, rather than go through documentation process and create further work for HR - CEO delivers embarrassing updates to organization where he boasts about delegating all work to his subordinates (that guy is nepotism at it's finest) - Accenture contractors have SEA culture where team is all out for themselves and business information is deliberately withheld as a weapon - if you still cant take my word for it, sort these reviews by 'most negative' and read for yourself. the patterns will emerge
