      Short-staffing due to current budgetary constraints across academia in Australia inevitably entail workload issues and unnecessary stress on employees striving to deliver on projects.

      Pros

      Great academic staff and students. Pods of real innovation that are world class.

      Cons

      Admin staff make life difficult and what can go wrong with each process will go wrong. Very soul destroying to have to battle endlessly just to get the most basic tasks approved.
