Great environment with remote work, but pay could improve - Anonymous employee New Era Technology Employee Review

Remote work. Work life balance. Reasonable leaders who care. I can't speak to the other areas of New Era, but the Indianapolis / Minneapolis offices are amazing to work for.

Health insurance is meh. It's really not that great. Retirement is okay. A few customers can challenging to work with. There's a wide portfolio, though, so 95% of the customers are pretty good.

Leadership from Hybrid Pathways was excellent. Great projects that focused on value to the client

We were acquired by New Era which is an MSP. I'd say we (Hybrid Pathways) had to "clean up" a few client relationships and also deal with poor MSP processes.
