Good company, poor management - Front Office Assistant MedExpress Urgent Care Employee Review

Great place with amazing team. MedExpress comes to an end on March 31, 2025. So very sad. It truly was a great company. Dr. Alderman and the other founders did an amazing job and their vision provided such great service to 100,000 of patients and jobs for 1,000’s. They took great care of staff with appreciation and respect. Many of us were there for several years and will be there on the last day. Thanks to great doctors such as the Beane’s and Ferrell in the Parkersburg center. Also, to amazing coworkers and managers.

UHG bought us with a plan of destruction and they succeeded. Praying GoHeslth does right by staff and patients. Their extreme lack of communication and dishonesty has already left a bad taste.

Pay was average, and training was good
