They've been quite attentive during the last couple of years, in keeping in touch with their contractors and ensuring that our conditions are in keeping with ongoing restrictions. They've also been thorough in keeping in touch around recent emergencies (floods, etc.)
Cons
It can be tenuous, as you're always on contract.
