      Benefits are good and PTO/Holidays are good.

      Cons

      I have been in 5 different departments now and all have never been fully staffed to make workload manageable. Volume is unmanageable and metrics/quality are shoved down your throat even though you’re drowning.

      Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

      Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
