      Pros

      Parking is plenty, Coworkers and supervisors are really nice and lenient with calling off, just tell them ahead of time with good reason. Lots of snacks, and good reach for networking with parents that get their kid taught.

      Cons

      Not for people that want to work full time, just because of restricted hours.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
